Cycling (indoor and outdoor)
You can also convert other exercises such as sports that you play, yoga, aerobics, weightlifting etc. into distances. All activities can be converted into steps using the Walker Tracker step converter:
For example: swimming for 30 minutes can be converted into 4,620 steps using the Walker Tracker step converter. Hiking for 30 minutes = 4,650 steps.
Click on “Add an activity”, then choose an activity from the drop-down list. Add how many minutes you engaged in the activity. Click calculate to determine the number of steps.
